Please can you stop being so hectic and please can I have my brain back.

Apparently being three people is defeating even me, the queen of the manic upswing so if I am really disjointed and just a bit rubbish at the moment I apologise. Hopefully, normal service will return shortly, whatever that means.

La Bete with carolive where La Lumley really liked my sparkly skull and crossbones tshirt and we managed to get her autograph. \o/

Connotations with crowie and mogwai_do which Rocked.
Hamlet also with crowie and mogwai_do where we managed to have a brief chat with Mr Simm and other members of the cast and get their autographs and where we completely Won at being in Sheffield.

Halloween was a great fun. Possibly too much fun. I went (as a vampire) to the party on Saturday at 8pm and did not get home until 5pm the next day. Unsurprisingly I have felt like crud for most of this week. This has not been helped by the fact that I have been doing the work networking thang virtually every night this week. I did manage to win a bottle of Veuve Clicquot last night though for being last person on the roulette with any money. Yay me!

This Saturday I am going to see The Book of the Dead exhibition at the British Museum with Ms Spooky, Pip and The Ex and then we are off to see La Soiree at the South Bank in the evening. Sunday I shall be attending the recording of the Xmas episode of Cabin Pressure with my partner in crime jhava and Andrew and hopefully indulging in my new favorite pass-time of stalking La Cumberbatch.

Fannishly I have been completely taken over by the Sherlock fandom and am gorging myself on all the stories and vids and art that it is producing. I hope to do a recs post sometime soon. I am also massively enjoying the new Hawaii Five-0 fandom and am still still actively reading in Bleach, Weiss Kreuz, Saiyuki, Generation Kill, The Mentalist, NCIS LA, Leverage, Merlin, Oz, Trek Reboot and White Collar fandoms amongst others.

TV shows I am watching include Boardwalk Empire, Merlin, NCIS LA, Nikita, Hawaii Five-0, Castle, The Good Guys, The Mentalist, Criminal Minds, Sons of Anarchy, Law & Order UK, Dr Who, Downton Abbey and Caprica. I am still watching Glee and NCIS but they are on notice and I am looking forward to the return of Justified, True Blood, Leverage, Spartacus Blood & Sand and White Collar as and when.

I have watched the first season of Mad Men and would like to catch up with that when I have time. I also need to watch Spooks. I am still watching Bleach and reading the manga and I need to finish up D Gray-Man.

Family is okay. The guinea pigs and the cat continue to be in good health and both annoying and delightful in equal measures and The Ex is well, The Ex :)
