Faith in humanity restored

Last night I managed to lose my purse somehow while I was out. I therefore spent a joyful evening canceling my cards and swearing a lot as my purse had my driving licence, network card and all my membership cards in..

This morning I came into work and was about to start calling round to try and get all my membership cards etc replaced when a very lovely biker gentleman called into the office with my purse. Apparently he had found my purse in the road and had looked inside, found one of my business cards and decided to drop it off. All my cash and cards were still in there untouched! I was so delighted I hugged him. He wouldn't take a penny from me as a reward just said he was pleased to be of assistance.

I am the most cynical cow ever and I honestly did not think people like this existed. Thank you Sir for restoring my faith in humanity a little. :)

That's a good way to get your faith in humanity restored! Glad you got your purse back intact.

Oh, that is wonderful!! Yes, they are out there. There are fewer of them, I think, to go around, but they do exist. Which makes me have hope for humanity.

Put a smile on my face (and a bit of a tear in my eye).
