The argument has been about asking the writer's permission before passing round stories which have been taken off the net by the way *rolls eyes*

[Me] However, I'm, apparently not the one who needs to 'grow up', round here.

[Me] I find it somewhat bizarre that you'll single out behaviour such as non-con archiving and zine publishing as fandom abuse and yet think its fine to pass around someone's stories without asking them first if they mind.
No one mentioned copyright. This is about courtesy to the writer.

Look Jeylan, I'm very flattered by the way you keep singling me out on list but these constant cries for attention are, frankly, becoming embarrassing and just a little pathetic.
How many times do I have to explain to you that your really not my type. I prefer people with a sense of humour.
I'm sure there are many people out there who *do* want to play control games with you. You just need to keep looking.
In the meantime, would you like me to rec you some good fic to help relieve some of that tension your exhibiting?

You really need to go read the whole thread though. Its another J-Blo 'classic'. The woman really does love the sound of her own voice!
Okay so when did she get hired as the translator for the fandom constitution that doesn't exist anywhere but amongst ourselves and the common courtesy requested by the authors? Dear freakn god. I am so glad that I am not in that group. I have a hard enough time dealing with "interesting" comments made about slash on some of the mix group sites. This person isn't worth it. Is she that same person that made some authors lives hell in the Due South fandom? Seems like the same crazy ass behavior...ugh. **Rock on EM**
