My hate for him goes up and up. But I was very pleased with Charles Clarke's umemotive and reasonable statement to the Commons. That man really impresses me. David Davis does not. Bush does not.

I wish there was something we could *do*.

The man continues to amaze me with the new depths he sinks to. He's able to manipulate anything in order to turn it into a justification for his war. I'm afraid one day I'm going to inflict violence on my tv screen in a vain attempt to get at the man.

It was also strange to see him on tv standing behind Blair when Blair did his speech (which was reassuringly free of references to god and/or 'evil')
Bush looked almost like he was trying not to laugh. It was just ridicilous.

When I saw him, I rather thought he was urgently thinking that his advisors were hopefully coming up with something clever for him to say, because he wasn't able to come up with anything on his own. In short, he looked like a dork.

I can only say that the quality of policemen has gone downhill recently. I mean I can understand that they might not recognise a dangerous psycho when they see one, but if one runs you over on his bike? I mean, come on!
