I fail at life

..or at least at looking after myself. Please excuse the radio silence but I have caught the flu bug du jour and have just been threatened with pneumonia by the doctor unless I rest. Been at home since Monday and likely to be here rest of week should anyone need to get hold of me.

On a happier note (for me anyways)I received some beautiful sunflowers yesterday
