..or at least at looking after myself. Please excuse the radio silence but I have caught the flu bug du jour and have just been threatened with pneumonia by the doctor unless I rest. Been at home since Monday and likely to be here rest of week should anyone need to get hold of me.

What is it with my favourite lawyer people this year and the flu? At least you caught this *before* it became pneumonia.
