Hey people, sorry for the radio silence of late but have been frantically trying to get all my ducks in a row at work. As mentioned in my previous post I was due to go for a scan to see if I had gallstones and it turns out I have lots and lots so they booked me in quickly to have my gall bladder taken out.
In couple of hours I am going to go check in at the hospital and then around 11am they are going to do the surgery. I shall be in hospital over night and then all being well I should be out Saturday morning. I shall then be off work until after the Easter weekend, hopefully returning 7th April.
I can't say I'm terribly enthused about the prospect of going under the knife but I am sure that the long term results will be well worth it.
Anyways, thank you all for all your kind words on my last post on this subject and I shall catch up with you all when I am back out of hospital.
Oh, and Happy Birthday
lastrega! Hope it is a splendid one. I shall try and give you a call in a couple of days when I am less loopy with painkillers.

Believe me, they will. My life's so much better now that the thing is gone - no more chest cramps, pain, vomiting. Good luck with surgery, I'll keep you in my thoughts.
