Ack, bleugh. I was planning on seeing if you wanted to go out for a drink this week, since it's been AGES since I've seen you. Some other time, when you're not a) in pain and b) probably leaking mucus from every pore...

Sinus infections suck. Have you tried a little tiny bit of rosemary oil on the surface of some steaming water? Inhale the vapor gently--really snorting it in is overkill. Only takes a drop, mind you, but sometimes works to relieve the congestion for me.
