Work is hell . They are at least interviewing for a secretary for me now so hopefully the nightmare will end soon. The room sharing is going surprisingly well, which is a bonus!

Thanks for the responses to my previous post and now I want everyone to cross their fingers and offer up appropriate petitions to the deity of their choice that this Evening with Peter actually happens! *crosses fingers and hopes*

As far as an update on the Evil Dr Em domestic front I can report that The Lodger has moved out and is happily ensconced in a shared house with a load of stoner goths. I miss him a lot but it is much quieter and less stress just having me and The Ex in the house.

It is possible that I may be moving as a house a few roads up from Chez Evil has come on the market and I always said that I wanted one along that row. I have an appointment to view it this evening so wish me luck. It's a lot bigger then the current place which would be great for all the kipple. This would however mean I would then buy more kipple, thus needing an even bigger house. Ahh, the endless conundrum of 'stuff'.

Otherwise I've been a little disillusioned with the whole fandom thing of late. That, combined with the work demons has led to my silence. I am hoping to rectify this somewhat now.

I have shed loads of recs. I just need to get off my butt and post them. I also need to launch this Ponn Farr thingie wotsit. But verily I procrastinate...

To all those who snail mail addresses I have. I have decided that you all should see the first series of Black Books. It *is* a requirement! I am currently Queen of DVD burning so will be sending out dvds in due course. Mwahahahahahahaha! Fear my dvd-foo!

I have joined LOVEFilm. WoOT! and it is fantabulous and sparkly. For those of you who live in the same area of the globe as me I *highly* recommend it.
